Depalletizing, palletizing, and load consolidation are critical links between inbound storage and outbound order fulfillment – key steps in building a closed-loop digital and intelligent logistics system. However, cold chain operations – particularly in frozen food and prepared meal zones – face persistent issues:

When paired with multi-layer multi-channel ring consolidation stations and optimized manual picking zones, the gripper enables precise, flexible handling for the food industry’s diverse product mix – from raw to ready-to-eat – while strictly controlling time spent outside refrigeration. The result is a seamless, automated loop from sorting and packing to load consolidation.
